The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and easy to find. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from each morning.

The rooms were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The advertised spa was closed during our stay and we were not informed beforehand. The dinner served at the hotel was not very good and overpriced.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main road, with the ski bus station nearby for easy access to the village ski gondola. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a ski room that has overnight warmers for ski boots. the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even waiting with dinner when they arrive late. the restaurant offers excellent food, with a fusion of Austrian and Italian cuisine.
